A5-rank sirloin steak of top-grade Japanese black beef grilled to juiciness, and shimeji mushrooms and enoki mushrooms stir-fried in a special sauce simmered with red wine, etc., are served on top of hot rice. This bento comes with seasonal simmered vegetables, fluffy dashi maki, Kinome dengaku, and akadashi.
This set consists of tender Kagoshima pork cubes with lots of flavor, Kyoto-style seasonal dishes, fried Nagoya-cochin, and fluffy dashi-maki eggs filled with broth. All of them are the best hors d’oeuvres to go with drinks.
